Alfa 147 1.9 JTD 16v problem with turn off egr

I have blanked egr
good guy from here removed egr in my soft, but i think is something wrong, cause i have:
- still too much measured air quantity than desaired, its about 2,5 more measured, like in error p1238 (dtc 1238 and 0404 are removed)
- if i unplug egr eletronics, egr working like that: 1%-50%-1%-50%-1%-50%, connected always closed 1%, so im drivin with pluged egr*(but still blanked)
Before blanking egr, measured intake air quantity = desired.

In Attachments ori file, and with egr mod, please take a look, egr is removed correctly? Thanks!

Try this map and report..

That is a real 'picture' from maf sensor.U should see that maf is higher because there no more gases from egr.All is ok

Try to see maf on acc and car not started,i just see now that maf is way to high!

Rly ok? Are You sure that blanked EGR in Fiat engine JTD edc16c8 = total mess MAF sensor (readings out of range)
I have high measured air all time, look at pic form MES: green line = desired, red measured at normal driving

I DONT know what you mean - 'see maf on acc', there will be mesured 0. I dont get it.
