DTC OFF FIAT SCUDO HELP!!

Hello friends I have a problem with a fiat scudo 2.0 hdi 136cv

The EGR has been canceled mechanically.

Now record the following DTCs in the ecu: (ECU DCM 3.5)
DELPHI DCM 3.5 9666912580 28312280

P0405 EGR VALVE OPEN CIRCUIT
P1461 EGR VALVE LEARNING PHASE
P14A7 VALVE EGR PROGRAMMING ERROR.

I tried to do it with swiftec but my update is not the last and it tells me that my file is too new or has already been modified.

Could someone remove these DTC from me?

The most problematic of all is the P14A7

Please I need help. Thank you very much in advance
