all keys lost Toyota Rav4 2004 immo 89780-42070

Good evening to you experts here!
I have a Toyota Rav4 gasoline engine from 2004 with Immo 89780-42070 where the last key is gone. After I used all search functions, I have the 9366 from the Immobox with ponyprog selected and think I have to make it virgin to the two new orginal Toyota key to learn ...
Is that correct? Is the file read correctly? It would be great if someone could help me!

at first i had to get a better tool... that took some time. It is a car prog - clone.
I have two new org keys from Toyota. i think i have to set the immo ecu virgin, so that it accept new Masterkey. is that right?

can someone please help me with the virigin file and tell me what i have to to with the keys. This is my selfmade version for the 93LC66- is it ok?

my next problem is with the clone- sas apparently more often! if i want to read key data allways told me "antenna not connetet" . only one time it could set key data in the immo ecu but car only starts for a second and the
engine stops as typical immo stop.
is it because of the wrong file? it would be so nice if someone could help me!
