just bought a tuning file from tuner ......... no power increase

hi, i sent my ecu file to a tuner and 1 hour later i was sent file back "tuned" i then wrote the file to ecu and all was fine, took car for a run and no difference, could it be that ive just had same file sent back and changed for it? anyone be able to look at files and see if there is any change?

And more details on the car, sometimes the car has 2 databanks, and tuning is only in one databank.

sorry, new to this forum, its from a 2010 Renault Kangoo 1.5dci 68hp, i used a kess v2 selecting delphi 1.2 ecu, i have id then read then after tuner modified file i wrote to ecu, if you need any more info please ask HW 8201112311 SW8201145249

im using kess 2.47 and yeah i did id then read then write once i had new file, seems like its not actually writing or im getting the same file back

I asked for a stage 1 tune, ive been assured the map is 15% increase but it’s not noticeable at all, I’ve now read ecu again after *tune sand going to have it read to see if ecu is taking the file
