hi,

i would like to have a 2nd key for my car.
is there a way to adapt a used key?
maybe with new transponder?

Take a new unused ID 48 transponder.
With proper tools write CS data to transponder.
With proper tools convert transponder to TP23.
Lock the transponder

Now using a tool like VCDS you can easily learn this transponder to CCM module using Adaptation channels (you need PIN code).

It is easiest to read eeprom from CCM module first to obtain CS and PIN (using proper tools or by forum help)

Used keys are locked if you don't know the password/pincode you cannot unlock them, so you cannot reuse them.
