Renault traffic 2.0 m9r unable to code injectors

Hello everyone, firstly forgive me as I don't have as much technical knowledge as lot of you guys on here, I have X3 vans in my workshop with injectors that are unable to be coded with can clip and autel maxisys, I have read that many of you have sorted this problem with Gellatto can anybody please talk me through this? Thanks in advance.

Not at all! First is in the timing side.
How do you write the codes? After putting each code in his case they are with small caracters, then do you press enter and caracters becomes as big as the cases? This is the right way to do it, code by code.
