Hi friends I need your help
The engine control unit for my big brother car was damaged I searched for the same part No ECU but I found similar second hand ECU with different Part No.
the car is
Peugeot 307
year 2002
engine RHY HDI
The original engine ECU is Siemens SID 801 5WS40023F-T Common Rail SW9647166880 HW9644302380
the new Engine ECU is Siemens SID 801 5WS40030B-T Common Rail SW9646449280 HW9644302380
can I replace the original ECU with the new one

If possible I need your help to make immo off for the new ecu
I attached flash file for 29F400 , eeprom file for 93c56x16 and x8 with pictures for both ECUs label

one of my friend told me that the new ecu is not compatible with my brother car and he advised me to use control unit for Citroen berlingo I am not sure if this right any friend can confirm
I found this control unit for Citroen berlingo Siemens SID 801A 5WS40136C-T Common Rail SW9653059380 HW9647423380 I attached eeprom file for this ecu may you help to make immo off
the car is far from where I live so I hope when I go to the car to be ready to start it

for the first 2 control units we can see that they have the same HW NO.
The original engine ECU is Siemens SID 801 5WS40023F-T Common Rail SW9647166880 HW9644302380
the new Engine ECU is Siemens SID 801 5WS40030B-T Common Rail SW9646449280 HW9644302380

can I flash the new ecu with flash file same as the original ecu
if this possible may you send me flash file + eeprom off from same ecu (SW9647166880)

hi friends finally I started the car with Citroen berlingo Siemens SID 801A 5WS40136C-T Common Rail SW9653059380 HW9647423380 by off file found in this forum but the RPM will no reach 3000 rpm I think this happened because the file is not the original file for my new control unit
with diagnositic I have trouble code regarding to preheater relay and EGR valve I think this will not make rpm limits
any idea

thanks friends for trying to help me the problem was the preheating relay ( friends from other forums told me about this ) I disconnected it and the car run over 3000 rpm

are you try to swap the flash and eeprom from the original ECU in the second one ?
Or you need to telecode it with Diagbox
