Clone Camaro SRS trouble

Is there a way to program a used SRS for a Camaro 2014/2015 to work in another car, without having a srs to clone? I have a srs its burnt and water damaged. I cant get it to connect using BDM. I have a spare and that one iam enabled to read. MCU is MC9S12XEG384VAL 3M25J. I even desoldered mcu and used an 1to1 pin adapter and tried, not working. I think that there must be some more parts to make it work on adapter?
