Can anyone help with 986392237700? I bought it second hand on ebay and it won't let me register the VCI with the activation code I have since its under a different login already. I'm willing to pay to update the software obviously but I don't want to pay for it then still not be able to activate the VCI.

Hello, I bought my x431 V from AliExpress some time ago..
Today had problem with tablet and installed on new device (I still have my S/N and Activation code)
Recovered account info from serial number, but when activating VCI it says incorrect serial..
Can anyone help with this? Trying support from cnlaunch but they usually take long time to respond, if they do...
