X431 Launch Activation code

Good day. I bought an X431 Dongel from Ebay, unfortunately the seller had no activation code for me. Now I can not activate the software and thus do not use the device. Can someone generate an activation code for me? I dont know if that Works. Thank you

when i enter that in to reset password the email address is not listed so i can't reset password. it doesnt even show what email address is listed. can you help with that? thanks for the quick reply and help

kccutthroatThe scanner serial number that you have supplied was reported as stolen to us and was flagged in our system as unusable. 984491501400 was listed as stolen in our system on July 13, 2018.

I bought it second hand and even bought software for it. It worked for about a month then wouldn't let me sign on. Who do I need to call to have them unblock it. The guy I bought it from seemed legit. And was the owner from what he told me. What can I do to reactivate it?
