VW touran 08 Cluster swaping

Hello,
I've got a problem with cluster. I have a car with ECU and a key. I've bought new dashboard from service. And i can't adapt it in the car. I've found Security component in Ecu, I have Pin, but vag com doesn't work. Dashboard status is 1. Does anyone have solution for this?

I think what you found is immo pin and not component security.
I am also with this problem and the only advise that I get is go to the VW dealer and they do the adaptation or with vag can commander.

If I am wrong someone correct me.

Immo code and security components are different things. Maybe there is a programer that decrypts dump from a dashboard?

I know one person on German that can extract the PIN code for this kind of clusters.

I can extract pin from this cluster too, and it's correct, but adaptation doesn't work.

I think you have to read old pin from ecu. Look at the immo coding in rosstech wiki.
