Indicator light"s " not working " but the car starts
I found Pin out for this BSI tipe and connect it on Bench/ table , but no Luck .
I got 1,3volts in pcb on some element"s , and no click relay .

Hi mate, I've never passed to the same area of problem as yours on the BSI but for sure the indicator output is driven by solid state device and not a relay!
"Indicator lights not working", all included in the instrument cluster ?
BUT, testing BSI output channels on bench is not that simple, say..you cannot test its output channels on bench !
What I would do are...
1) check COM2000 functional completely then
2) trace back to inside the BSI/searching for the driver, the output should be on BSI 16v VE (green) pin13 and pin14 and may be more on 16v NR (black) pin13, 14 for the rear ones. As no RPO of the car , hope I attached the correct schema (I think you found this info already but compare it)
legend...
0004: instrument cluster
CV00: switch unit under steering wheel (COM 2000)
2610: left-hand headlamp
2615: right-hand headlamp
2630: left-hand tail lamp
2635: right-hand tail lamp

Put bsi back in the car, connect lexia and in parameters you can check if com2000 is ok, also you can activate indicators with lexia and locate where is the problem. And as you have been told - there is no relay in bsi for indicators, so you can not hear clicking while indicators are working.

You will waste your time trying to repair bsi on the bench, specially when you don't know what is really the problem.

Hi! i have same problem. Was a fuse blow, it feeds the input of the relay..

HI Bro
on 16v NR (black) pin13, 14 , I only got GND signal wend I Turn on signal ligths !
Should I Have 12v, 0v, 12v "relay click"
Another thing is presence lights none is working
A strange thing appends today because wend I turn ignition on " position 2 " After 3 or 4 sec all lights in dash go off !
Today I disconnect "BSM 3 "to check and after connect "I turn ignition on " position 2 " it again the lights is dash now stay on , like it should be
I only got dtc in BSI left side signal light fault and right side signal light fault
This car have came from the dealer , and they don"t find the problem

Can you use by Xprog format 2MB ? Anyway the label can't guarantee the current sw is of that shown.

Not sure why you need another flash, or you meant the working set, okay it's here...

The flash of my BSI is good
But I think problem is in eeprom
I"m going to make it virgin and program it again !
What you think ?
I have desolder the two boards and lot of resistors and cap are free from the PCB
Last night I have resolder all components width solder iron , but I think infrared station will do better job !
I"m building one, width archi IR6500 part"s but is not finish .

I will tell my experience with this Xsara 2 car.
They have been shown to be a common failure for direction indicators to fail while the instrument panel shows proper operation. It is imperative that the rear windscreen wiper and the heater do not work with this failure. I have read many posts in the forums and no one has written how they solved this problem. After much pain, I was able to find the fault. Looking at the scheme from Autodata into the work for outside lights, everything was right. Which was a problem in finding the error. There is nowhere a BSI pin scheme where all power and outputs can be seen in one place. THE WIPER WIPER SCHEME MUST BE WATCHED. There you will find two fuses F17 and F27 one of the voltages is certainly missing. Many masters tried to replace the BSI to solve the problem but the problem was not solved.
I will also describe the easiest way to replace a BSI with another from another car.
After many hours of torture with Peugot, Citroen and Renault cars electronics, the simplest replacement procedure for BSI is as follows:
Eeprom content is copied from the original BSI and a new (replacement) BSI is copied to Eeprom. Physical replacement of Eeprom can also be made. Now the car just won't want to start because the old keys have to be logged in with a Lexia tool. If the keys cannot be used, use a new empty transponder.
Why is this the simplest? Save Lexia programming hours with the tool. You certainly do not know the exact configuration of the car: which is the gearbox (there are about seven), whether it has a rear wiper or not, what type of cassette player, what is the car PIN, what is the car chassis number .....
