    Default BMW E93 Rollover Module

Hi - I have a 2007 E93. Last year I had the dreaded 9402 error code and with the help of this forum I managed to clear the error code and everything was OK.
It has 're-appeared' about 5 times since the first fix for no obvious reasons with varying durations between the fix, the shortest being 3 hours between it working
and failing again. I suspect it might actually be a faulty controller but I thought I would ask if anyone would disagree? The module is mighty expensive and my fear
is that there is a fault outside of this which I am missing and it would trigger the same error in a new unit.
Thanks in advance for any help or advice!
    Cheers,
    Paul

Read eeprom from ROC and upload here ...
You use srs units files at your own risk. I am not responsible for any damages. Don't ask about passes, one file=one pass.

Thanks Dragon. I have uploaded the eeprom. You very kindly did this for me last year. Is it possible that the wrong version was written
which could have caused it to error multiple times? I'm trying to see if the ROC is actually faulty!

    Thanks again for your help!

    Cheers, Paul

Thank you dragon. I have reprogrammed and it looks OK for now! Fingers crossed it will last longer that 3 hours!

Hi - The error has returned after about a week. Do you think that this means my ROC is actually faulty?
    Thanks!

Thanks for the response. I will re-write it this afternoon to a different eeprom just in case the eeprom is faulty.

Hi - The fault has returned after 3 days. I guess the ROC is faulty. I don't know why it lasts for
varying periods of time. Thanks for all your help.
    Cheers,
    Paul

Hi - Would it be possible to write the cleared file to the eeprom and then to write protect it to stop further errors being written?
    Cheers,
    Paul

Hi Dragon - Do you know if the write protect can be done in software or do I have to mess around with pins 3 and 4 ?
    Thanks,
    Paul
