Default What device to write VIN into used Range rover RFA or KVM module?

    Hi mates,
I need a device that can be used to write the VIN to a used RFA module or Range Rover Evoque 2013.
The original one from the car VIN is reading 000000000... when i used VVDI PROG to read the D-Flash and EEE.
If someone knows how to restore VIN back to my original RFA (KVM) module ,his assistance will be very appreciated.
    Thanks to all

    Thanks for your help,
Someone worked on the car before it has been sent to my workshop.
    KVM part is FK72.
By then car starts only by emergency. I've used VVDI prog to read KVM but no VIN,
just 000 in VIN field after upload dumps.
I ve made 2 keys by MART TOOL and wrote back new dumps to KVM,but no result.
Does somebody know what are steps to program a used KVM that i bought from ebay?
    Best regards

SDD will likely not approve an update flash to KVM, it will say module does not need updating and boot you. However if you managed to hack erase the VIN it theoretically should work OK and allow a reflash/initial flash event.

Autologic will do it, but finding shops who own them is as bad as finding a dealer who will let you borrow SDD.
