My two-cents advice (and it's worth exactly that ) is, whenever feasible, buy though AliExpress. I've never had a problem getting a timely refund whenever a transaction went south.

I also ordered beginning of February then silence. Today I have seen some activity. Order moved from received to processing. Give them one week from yesterday then you can begin to shout. Its their Christmas and they all stop working. They wont even text when they are on holiday

They did answer my most recent email-"Gee you don't have your package yet? Did you check with the Post Office." I sent back that it hard to receive a package that hasn't been shipped. No shipping info, no tracking number, and "Sugar" saying that they were out, and would ship when they get them in. That same day, at the same time they marked the order as shipped with no shipping info. I simply will not order from them again, if American Key doesn't have it in stock, I'll do without...

Xhorse work only with distributors/re-sellers. They never sell directly to clients.
Just go with the big companies and you will be safe. Or risk it but don't cry about it, just share experience.

There are a few in Europe as well.
I have all xhorse tools and except from vvdi prog bought from china-ali,all my tools are coming from europe.50-100$ less than the price in China and obviously without taxes.
Also got support from him as well..
I'm very happy and I can recommend to everyone.trustable,fast shipping..
Already recommended to a few dk members and friends.everyone was happy

I used to order quite a lot from China have been scammed a few times secret is small and frequent. DHL or equivalent all deliveries and be prepared for customs as they will seize goods if they think they are copies with logos etc. Also be prepared to pay 20% plus tax import duty on all goods over $17

I only have paypal receipt it does not show up when I'm signed Into there site for order number only my last order for vvdi2 shows up.. and yes that is my email
