I only order from obdii, for over 8 years and never had a problem with the bigger more expensive tools.

Yeah I give up on them I was waiting to see if they would ship because in reality I do need the tools and accessories I ordered. But after they said they would refund and now they dont respond to any messages I'm going to start a claim with paypal... paypal has on there website if merchant does not ship product I get a full refund no questions asked.. Time to cross my fingers and see what happens..
Now to find an actual honest distributor to purchase from I dont know who to trust.. others sellers say pre order not in stock

I still have not recieved items or refund. My patience is running low.. I ordered around Christmas time and still nothing..

You ordered $5000.00 worth of products and not contacted paypal for refund, get your money there is time limit.

In regardsto my order:

They sent my tools after I demanded money back through PayPal. Emails+Skype didn't help much they kept ignoring me. I believe they have some supply issues and a massive backlog of orders. Either way, don't think I'll be using them again.

I've recieved everything I ordered except Condor Mini Plus they said shipping may 20.

Update ... I received my condor mini plus... Well at least they sent it but now I'm trying to get ahold of them so they can bind my machine with my vvdi mb tool... No luck I tried using the xhorse app to bind it but it does not want to read the QR code printed on the packaging....
