I think I have been scammed

Hello everybody I ordered $5000.00 worth of products from a website and I have not heard from them not even a tracking number.. I was aware that there was holiday in China but all other dealers are processing shipments besides them. I ordered mb prog with condor along with many other items.. I ordered my vvdi2 from them and everything was great fast shipping and fast response now they are silent.. so if anyone is considering buy from xhorsetool dot com .. I suggest you play it safe.... If they respond I will post but at the moment everything is silent and I am not happy at all.

There is a tread on trustworthy Asian factory, do a search or share factory you order from. You might be ok I’m sure someone here has done the same thing.

The cinese are in holiday till 13.02.
This may be the reason why they are late with your order..I've done many orders on aliand still waiting to be shipped after more than a week.
I'm sure you paid via PayPal so no need to worry.

How many times I have to shout any thing buying from china use your credit card, if you haven’t got credit card you can apply for prepaid master card they have the same protection, do not ever take risks, on the other hand why does this always keep happening with xhorse tools, we need to ask them if this caries on we will ban the produces altogether sold in uk.

It is only CHINESE NEW YEAR.

None of my orders have been shipped yet either. (Just small stuff).
So I don't think you need to worry.

But it is a very good tip Jumbe says here.
Paypal, Credit card.
Or if you haven’t got credit card you can apply for prepaid master card, they have the same protection.

This last option is a nice one. It gives you extra security, when Credit Card is not available. For customers in some parts of the world.

I wouldn't worry too much. During the Chinese New Year holiday, and for a few days afterwards, suppliers take time to party and recover. I've experienced it a few times and try not to order anything within a week or two, leading up to the holiday. It seems the merrymaking starts well in advance of the actual holiday.

It's every year the same and not related to Xhorses. I'm working with China on my daily job since several years. During Chinese new year you will not get anything shipped! Even one week before CNY most factories are closing because workers are traveling home. So instead of bashing xhorses, try to understand different culture holidays. Try to call your mechanic on christmas eve and tell me his answer

Well, let me tell you about Xhorse- I've been trying to get a 50 dollar order of chips from them for about 4 months now. They were out, someone named Sugar sends me email stating that. Look up order on website-they have it mark as shipped. I sent email asking how they could be shipped if they didn't have any. We'll look into it". That was back in December, no chips, no refund, no reply. Yes, I know it is not 5000 big ones, but it is just as annoying.

Xhorses is not selling directly. So if you have ordered, you ordered from a reseller. And any reseller can be bad or good. Same applies for any other product.

That is company I ordered from same person AKA Sugar. I'm keeping my fingers crossed but I did pay with paypal so I will wait a few more days If no reply I will process refund.
