Default Nissan X-Trail rpm problem and rough running

Hello, I have a big problem with a Nissan X-Trail 2.2 diesel that occasionally runs rough and the rpm indicator is bouncing. It is a strange problem that I haven't encounter before. I uploaded a youtube clip in order to better explain the symptoms. The cam and crank sensors are new and original. I have also rewired both sensor to eliminate wiring issues. The link to the video is : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=diFBvzlpJp4
    Any advice is appreciated !
    Thank you !

No error codes most of the times. Occasionally had the cam sensor show up as error code and that is why it was changed. I will try with new ecu and report it. Maybe it will help others.
