    Default need help polo 1.4 magneti marelli

    hi all

    i have this vw polo from 1999 whose key doesn't work anymore. i tried to read the immo but the cluster is locked.
    any ideas?

    in the dash i seen a 24LC08. I didn't open the ecu yet

    Post eeprom 95080 from ecu and i do it without immo .

    normally it would have iaw.4mv/4lv/4tv or something like that!

    locked ? waiting time? or u can not get aces to it ? what tool u use

    I tried with carprog and i get security access error. I can access with vcds but I need pin to reprogram the key.

    do i have to unsolder the eeprom or i can read in-circuit? i have carprog full

    Read the pin for m the ECU then you will have to leave ignition on for 20 minutes before coding key

    ok this is the beast stripped

    on the back side i think is the resonator that must be shorted in order to read the eeprom (as said here: http://www.codecard.eu/prod_48.html) but i am not so sure

    my carprog don't seems to read this eeprom.been tryng for 2 days now. any other programmer?
