Carprog lib file

hello everyone,i will rewrite a post wich i wrote in different section,i purchased chinese carprog SE53-F main unit,but now i need lib file,where and how to get it ?
And have one issue,when i launch 8.21 software it skips activation and goes straight to the software,so maybe someone know how to activate it for online use?

Thank you! So wich version lib you gave me?
And wich software version is best to use because mine old unit 10.5 version has started counter and half of functions stopped working?
Maybe there is some steps to config laptop like internet blocking for carporg.exe to avoid counter?
