Fiat Ducato air suspension compressor learning

Hello together,

perhaps anybody can halp me. I have a customer with a brand new air suspension compressor from Conti. Part No. 1357253080

Nobody yet has the chance to adapt it to the vehicle. Now we tried another brand new one with exactely the same problem.

Has anybody of you ever had something like that?

if can useful for all , when change continental remanufactured / overhauled compressor , in diagnostic don't forgive to flag used not new otherwise incoming a problem ..
