Check the FRM. That controls the windows. It may be a starting point. What was you looking for initially, fault code etc. It might just be coincidence.
I was using Autel MaxiSys in the whole car. While checking from time to time I saw that screen was turned off and the application was closed. Now the car won't start no matter what. At first I thought it was the CAS2, requested a new file here in the forum and it didn't work, then I used another new CAS2 piece and still the same. There's no ignition in the car.
Just certain parts of the car can be used: for example I can roll down the back seat windows but not the front ones.
Running out of ideas, hope you can give me some.
PD: there's electrical current in the whole car.

Hello, please checks the fuses fist it may be fuses problem.
You have the right tool to reflash every module on this car if you have j2534.
Have you tried to sync CAS with DDE ?
With the BMW Software ISTA+ you can adjust/reset the value of the CAS. With the test plan you can get your E60 up and running again.
