Audi A6 C6 Quattro - loosing match Remote

Hi There. One of my mates bought car Audi A6 C5 Quatro 2006y
With car was just one pair key, Car off course run engine but key doesnt` work correct, when he press and hold UNLOCK then Lights on FOG Sch ON, doors not react to remote, remote looks ok and works.... tested in VCDS and Frequency tester.

Tried again pair/match remote with car but without success.

Any one know where can be problem?
Not sure but thinking is Wrong Coding? or something diffrent

Try with vas pc go in comfort electronic and then do the coding and add remote key.
I think that you can also do it with vcds that he have explain coding in menu.
I have similar problem and I must change key.
I was able to program key but after some time he stop to work and need again program to car.
I was try to change comfort electronik and its been same until I did change key then everything work ok.
Also key tested with vvdi key tool all ok but key did not work on car.

My car was audi a4 2005 year.
