Default BMW E61 Can problem after water ingress

Hello, i have a bmw E61 that wont start after water has flooded the trunk.

    Already changed faulty MPM module.
I have INPA and ASTA+ and what i can learn from those is that 2 modules are not communicating.
Already also buyed a picoscope to look at what the can bus is doing an dthe voltage from the can signals are to low on both can high and low.

    But fromp there i'm stuck

Can anybody assist me to finding the problem?
Anybody with nowledge of BMW electronics here on this forum?

(I have a degree in engineering so not a totaly noob, just this is a little bit beyond my own knowledge)

    All help appreciated!

It is possible that maybe the data bus cables are communicated, you should try to disconnect any more module that could be damaged and disturbing the bus.

The same would be to look at an electrical diagram and verify if the modules that are in the trunk are communicated with the CAS or with the FRM.

If you want give me data of the vehicle and I give you an outline
