    I need code off for kdc-w4044u.
    I tried #1b6/01 but unsuccessful!
    What other idea can i try?

    I'm not sure code off works on this model, but why not just use 1982 ? (Original Code)

    I don't want to abuse your patience, just trying to solve it
    If 0000h 003Fh is up to FF, then it's sure to turn off the code, only the host search problem
    one last attempt.

    I used 1982 -original code- and following the instructions in the user manual,i disabled the code request.All successful!
    Now i read the eeprom and it looks like this:
