FGTECH data only vs full read urgent question

Hi ,

I used FGtech 0475 via OBD for the first time on a med17.4 and i came out with a readout smaller than the .ols file that i had for reference. Actually it seems that its a 'data only' readout. If i modify some points that i want and write it back using "tables" instead of "complete" writing will it work or i should do something else?
