Hi, thanks for answering Meat-Head. The loom is fine. I was wondering which relay or integrated circuit is commanding rear windows and locking.

    Thanks

Knowing the year and market would help, but the CCU has about nothing to do with the rear window operation aside from turning on the AUX relay in the fuse block, assuming you mean rear door windows, and not tailgate window.
