yes vas 5054a cable with odis service and odis engineering ... use the second one to flash modules

for me it came with it's software as i remember but was german ... so i downloaded it but the two softwares and odis service will be yellow icon and odis engineering will be blue icon and download flash data which will allow you to change part number for software
