    Default Audi A6 ELV Swap problem

    Hi guys, hav some problem of ELV swap for Audi, i have used ELV from car, the MCU is with 4MB eeprom, and original is with 2MB eeprom, is possible to swap those our no number are little be different on ELV cases, and mask of MCU are different, can some one give some info about that, i will add a eeprom dumps

    because there were two types of processors in ELV - ... DG128 and ... DG256. read both ELVs, backups and upload content from 128 to 256. I have done more than once.
    upload content from 128 to 256 - address 0800-0FFF.
    file in ... DG256 is always empty until the first half

    these EZS 4mb, were mounted on the A6 C6 Lift 2009-2011 models

    You mean copy past data i right area?

    After made modifications with this dump ELV, start to burn at most ELV Motor start to burn. and car don't see this immo data, after this modifications need only change eeprom data, our swap also flash?

    upload these 2MB to 4MB address 0000-07FF (the first half of the file). second half do the whole FF.
    now it should be OK.

    But my original file for 4KB was first have FF and after adress 0x800-0xFF0 was data, and i swapped data from 2kb to 4kb like in original, but when i put back to car, Motor inside ELV Start to burn, and really lot, i disconet motor, but still ELV don't see the key, you are shore that now i need to add data to first of file from 0000-07FF??

    try. I assembled ELV ..DG256, from the place ELV ..DG128. it definitely works

    and some on old original ELV, something is bad in dump. i'm think so!

    Don’t work this method! Our I have bad used elv!

    problem was not turning ignition on, problem solved with another ELV with 2kb MCU, tomorrow will make a assembly and car go to client!
