Default Ford Focus 2005 synchro problem

Hi, please help me with my problem.
I have Ford Focus 2005 with 1.6TDCI engine and in engine ECU I have DTC with incorrect synchro. I tried to init all and without success. I tried to learn keys again but still have problem with outcode. I stil get for example 0044 E5FA94 FFFFFF. the last part with FFFFFF is wrong and I cant to calculate correct incode. where is the problem???

I red dash 9S12H128 with mask 1K78X and eeprom from engine ECU EDC16C34. is it possible to make synchro manualy in dumps? Why is outcode with FFFFFF?

    thanks for help

because ecu is damage, if damage out code is every 000000 or FFFFFF, I can make synchro or repair ecu

thanks for help but probem is the same.
When I put ECU back immo light fast blinking and I thought that is fine. Outcode was OK and incode was accepted by ECU. I learned two keys withou problem but when I set inicialization ECU in IDS everything was the same - outcode contain FFFFFF and all was wrong.
Any idea to solve the problem - I thing problem must be in engine ECU.
