I find there are lots of things this thing claims to do that it failes at but for what it cost and what it has managed to do with sucess it has paid for its self and it is handy to have as a backup. as we know you can never have enough tools in the toolbox

i have obdstar x300 dp plus. do anynone has tried to make all key lost immo 5 audi a4 year 2010?
i have tried but no communication with bcm2 , i can add a key when the car already has key but all key lost i can't.

hello. have the same trouble with aud A8 2011 also bcm2 on board, and no connection with bcm2.

Tried OBDStar in the same time with X-tool on a Traffic 2019 (mileage corection), both tools were preety ambiguos , but x-tool did the job, obdstar did not.

i sold some OBDSTAR machiens, most customers are happy with it;
The lastes updates on Toyota is great
Support Toyota/Lexus 8A-A8, 8A-A9, 8A-AA, 4A, all series support add keys, all key lost by OBD;
but it's only on DP plus and x300pro 4, not on old hand held machines;

I have one OBDstar X300 dp Version C (full) and I am not very happy about it. For air bag is good, for km....aaaahm ,etc.. Bottom line is that it does not work everything it says it does.

I own Obdstar DC706 with Bcm license. I made several Bsi Siemens, Jonshon Control, Valeo and one Continental , also Opel Bcm. In the past I bought ioterminal with bsi and bosch licenses but this Obbstar is pretty much cheapper than ioterminal. I'm glad with this machine

You have Obdstar DC706, I know that this tool corrects the flash file of the tcu 724 mercedes fbs4, it has DTC 051300, I would like help to correct the flash file, can someone from the forum or you help me?

I'm still deciding. I only have a DC706 cloning tool. I've had it about 15 months. I primarily use it for cloning some BCMs but have used it for ECUs. I have other genuine and clone tools as well. Its not too bad now but was a nightmare at times in the first year. Updates used to screw it up at times. It had to have a new firmware sent from support to be manually loaded via sdcard as an update killed the machine. To be fair it didn't take them that long to help - maybe a few days. Like any other Chinese tools it does not do everything it claims but for me it's mostly been fine.
