VW Passat 2006 2.0TDI PPD1.2 BMR Cold start issue!

The car began to have slow cold starts even when hot outside. After the first start the car works fine for the rest of the day. The issue only manifests itself overnight. I checked again the battery, fuel lines, fuel pump, tandem pump, timings, glow plugs, injectors. Everything checked ok. I pulled out the fuel temperature sensor and the car starts very fast now but till the engine gets warmer the idle rpm are above 1200. Is there a way to change the cold start map? Bigger IQ at start up?

Yes you need to edit cold start fuel maps , you should have 12x12 maps near the DriversWish ones .

I have a dump of the file but i don't have the tools and the knowledge to edit the file.
