on the first post you said "The car originally died while driving"
what you try to do now sounds crazy with reprogramming of whole car modules over and over .
if I look again over your first post it's pretty clear your engine ecu could be damaged of some wirings around him
    ( P xxxx codes and C xxxx codes )

Someone else worked on the car after it died. When I got it, it was a mess and none of the computers shared the security key. The IPC also had a different key. This is why I had to reset everything.

If I remember correctly the IPC also complained about the BCM. The ECU and SDM did not have any issues.

Try to reset BCM and reprogram it once more.
Any chance to get tech2 or mdi somewhere?

Over the last 2 days I have tried all combinations and I cannot get it to work. I think there is either a wiring issue or the BCM is faulty. I have tested the CAN bus extensively and all is well. Termination is 60 ohm and the oscilloscope shows good solid wave forms
