The fuel pressure is correct, 3.5 bar. What else can I check?

I have read the whole thread but by your last sayings ignition is ok(spark is good)
And you say injectrors work well too.
If you have these two and car still wont start then i think only timing is left...
You have fuel injected by the injectors?Or just fuel comes to the rail?
IF you crank and car wont start, check rpm of engine to see if crankshaft sensor is working well...

Opcom shows the rpm when cranking so it is to the crank sensor. I did replace the plugs. I tested the injectors on the rail but removed from the cylinder head so that I can see the spray pattern.

I doubt it is timing since than will cause blowback through the intake or to the exhaust.

haha its like magic. You have both fuel and spark but its a non starter!
    Pretty strange.

Injectors may spray but car wont start if they spray wrong.

I got it to start with quick start and let it idle till it reached running temperature. Switched it of and started it a few times successfully.

After standing through the night it wont start again unless you use quickstart again. It is very strange

As an update to this. I have discovered that the issue is around a cold start. I need to spray quick start in to get it running when cold. Once hot, the car will start over and over on its own. It is almost as if it is to lean when doing a cold start
