Default Step by step BMW E70 X5 - All keys lost

Hi guys. I'm getting in a 2009 E70 X5 with all keys lost situation.
Please guide me with a step by step procedure to make a key. I have FVDi and VVDi2, the tutorials on the net are not very detailed so i need some guidance please. Thx

Open the cas box and read the data directly. Processing data directly starts cas3? Or cas3 +

U need to read eeprom out of CAS with programmer then u need to read engine ECU to get out ISN, load CAS eeprom to vvdi2 choose all key lost it would give you few options, one of them would be engine ECU dump. That about it.
    Good luck
