i'd like to translate your question

"I need good tool to repair vehicles"

    - Cars, vans, boats, planes..etc?
    - Engines, gearboxes, chassis, painting, windshields...etc?
    - Mechanical, electrical...etc?

Get it? There is no working universal rooting tool with a big red button "Do it" Except malwares for stupids

This whole rooting stuff is far more complicated than 1 year ago. The google seucurity updates are serious.
Almost all kind of root is manual bcose those secu bugfix.
You can easly kill your phone if you don't know the basics I mean CPU, bootloader lock- unlock, reco..etc
You can root a phone with a prog and the security patch is 2018.10.03
The second same phone with 2018.12.12 security patch isn't working with the same prog. If you are lucky after the factory reset it will work again. If you not..... well it's soft or hard bricked.
Sir, are you classified as human? Negative, I am a meat popsicle

As of now, Magisk root is the most popular and update rooting solution..However, your question is incomplete and I don't think someone can answer your question without getting to know your device model, Android version and boot loader status..You maybe able to get reasonable answer with less effort through XDA developers
