    Hello people,

My UPA USB programmer arrived today.
There was no user manual or anything. Does anyone have one?

    Much appreciated

Ive sent them a email so hopefully all will be sorted soon.

I thought it would have come with a ribbon to connect to the programmer and the other end to solder to the components.

Its just a stanard 9 pin D sub connector mate...Easy to make up .. I use a multi colourd ribbon .. makes it easier to remember Pins 1>9...Select New programmer.. right hand side ,select what you want to read.. press help >contents.. then your chosen MCU... if you look at the bottom of the right column .. you see two tabs .. Programmer/ Connections .. once connected up click the connectios tab.. this will tell you if all your connectios are correct.....SIMPLES....

cheers guys, everything is up and running now. Its alot better than the Xprog-t that i was using. Just a shame that they dont sell any adapters for onboard programming. Only the tms adapter which i didnt buy yet. I did buy the 78K0/HC912 Adapter though.

I think i payed about 150 pound for it mate. I also ordered this which may be good for you.MCUmall Electronics Inc. A low cost EPROM EEPROM Atmel PIC I2C SPI programmer online store.
Depends how much you got to spend. Also take alook at some other programmers from the link you may find something cheaper that suits you better.

Will have to check if it does ATtiny45 EEPROM have not need to use for this yet. But dont think so. ELRASOFT Products

    Cheers mate
