xprog 5.5.5 firware please good

I have xprog 5.5.1 without dongle I updated with another xprog for version 5.5.5 I did dowload of several files here in the forum none works .... device is silent and you can not see the info in the help ... without communication someone has one titurial and files good 5,5,5
