Audi BCM2 dead after flash need clone immo to new one

Hello, I have fault in old BCM2 whitch did not shut off ignition, did not want to start, have internal faults.
Tried to flash it by ODIS engineering, and them BCM2 is dead, can anybody help me to copy immo data from old BCM2 to new one?
I have same part number 8K0 907 064 DP.

Thank to every help, read by multiprog, eeprom and flash included.

Changing immo data in to bcm wil not be enought.
