    Hello
    I have a problem
    always have this error message
    VTarget=0.000V , but I have 5V the pin 19 j-link !

    it is possible because not have a U7 part on onboard ?

    I suppose all you can do is (without plugging USB in) apply 5v or 3.3v to pin 19 if that's where Vtarget goes in (can't remember without looking but I'll take your word for it). Trace it back thru the board till it gets to the chip(s). If u don't get anywhere then try it with USB plugged in with and without pin 19 high. If voltage getting there then either SW problem or more likely chip is jeffed. Luckily they are cheap to buy.
