Abrites. Mate the situation is over you. Let someone else to do the job before you brake the clusters. The result will be. Car no start. When i was at the beginings like you now i did not do such complex jobs. If you break them you will need to pay someone else to repair them.

Im trying to learn how to do it, if someone tells me how i can search online to educated myself more on it, i might not even risk it if im not confident enough to do it but i just want a bit of info on how its actually done, trying to find info on it online isnt easy when you dont know how it's actually done so telling me to get someone else to do it isnt helping me learn is it

Im sure when you started out at it you had to ask for help to figure things out. I just cant find anywhere to teach me so i dont know how else to learn other than asking people. I thought these groups was for this and by the looks of it all you get is someone telling you to get someone else to do it. Great help alright

Done that is a 5 minute job. You need abrites to enter service mode. Then you copy old cluster to new one (clone it). The 2 clusters must have the same hw number.
Ok now im getting somewhere, thats something i can work on, im in no way stupid so that explanation is enough to help me figure it out.
Thanks

So it's not beyond repair.Originally Posted by marvelg

They will write a negative reviews about you, you'll lose them.
It IS ok to say "I can't repair it", it's not ok to lie saying "it can't be repaired". Everything can be repaired.

If you have looked at this thread i have already said it is beyond me repairing it. I wanted to know how its done so i can make up my mind on what i am going to do about it.
I am not stupid so please dont assume i will make stupid mistakes like saying it cant be fixed, just because i dont know how its done does not mean i am silly enough to say its beyond repair to a customer. I already have a different successful business not related to the car industry and i am trying to learn a new trade.
I have asked for a bit of simple advice from people who already know how its done so i can do a bit of research myself, i am a fast learner but its not easy for me to learn how to do this on my own, i cant find anyone to teach me, i asked here thinking people will help but ill not be asking again
