Hi,
I had the same question few days ago from a friend .
I would like to say that I have this tool Extreme MB Tool and had some spare BGA Key Job todo, so I called him over to see the tool working …
The procedure is clearly explained in there owner's manual step by step, as they say straight forward.
I also have a friend who has almost all tools available on market in he's workshop and has been using Extreme MB Tool as main tool for Spare Key or ESL job and AKL on models that data can be acquired via IR Key.

The file is larger then the limitations here @ DK.
I would like to say the decision is yours so collect as much information as you can before buying.

Extreme MB Tool for sure. First the price of Extreme MB is a lot better than the support of MB Clinic. Support is much better too, free updates coming every 2-3 weeks. Actually you can find other topics about support of Simon Touch tools in the forum...


And Extreme MB is the only tool that supports renew of CRR1 Engines as far as I know.
