2009 Accord 93C76, how can I find out hex code 1471 EB82 are 167607 km ?

Hello there,
I found out EB82 are check sum. But 1471 ?

I tried to change every digit to hex to dec in various ways but couldn't find out.
Can anyone help me find out this secret? I am dying to know.

1471 EB82 ? I see 167.616 kms on it. (1476 EB89) and your checksum is wrong.

1471 Xor FFFF = EB8E, So code is 1471EB8E.

Here you have 160000 kms, you must write exactly the same data in the the location as picture as I show you.
