Default BMW Comfort Seat retrofit E70

    Hi guys,

I'm face with a strange trouble.

    Car: 2007-07 BMW E70 - X5
Car came with Sport seat , electric adjustment with memory. Only driver side had seat module.

Owner got a set of comfort seat from junkjard, checked VIN from seat modules, seats probably from an other 2007-07 E70.
Since passanger side doesn't had module originally, needed wire the CAN H/L. Successfully done, after edit VO/FA (added $456, $494 and one more code in connection with seats from the donor car's VO) - BFS appears in module list.
So now, checked wiring, modified seat side, to power up the Seat Adjustment Switches ( x275 - pin 6/7 to pos/neg ) - both side - Fine.
Checked CAN H / L, fine. Seats adjustable over INPA / ISTA. But, Seat Adjustment switches not working. Again reread every documents at newtis.info, checked all wires.
Determined these comfort seats adjustable over S-Bus. S-Bus cabling is okay between Seat module and the switch. Switch supplied with power. Seat module supplied with power, since can adjust over CAN.
Now everyone would say - wrong coding. Coded FAS / BFS with default NCS. - switches still looks dead.

Than decided to swap switches, so unscrewed passanger / driver side, swap them, and surprisely, working. Passanger side Seat Adjust Module working at Driver side, and Driver side Seat Adjustment Module working at Passanger side. The problem is that they had left / right side design, so can not build up the seats plastic covers and looks so sily.

Anyone has any clue what to modify for make them working at own side?

    - Car coded as Left hand drive, originally from EU ( Italian )
    - Comfort seats originally from EU car ( Italian )
    - Wires checked same @ both side.
    - FAS / BFS coded with factory values.
    - Did not find any clue in TRC files of FAS / BFS to change behaviour as Driver os Passanger side...

Only Seat Adjustment Switch's power supply modified, all other wires are stock, and seats working now, with the opposite side electric adjuster switches. Strange is that these electric adjuster switches has 3 wire. 1 - GND, 2 - +12V, 3 - SBUS
And can't imagine what works different in them.

Can you get a sacrificial one, see if there is an eeprom with address line inside. Or can you tell car it is right hand drive?

Car went for today, next time if come back will examine inside of the Seat Adjustment Modules... but I bet that, at junkyard someone swapped with right hand seat's one....
If I tell car it is right hand drive, than going to mess up the power windows and lights since both handled by FRM.
