Since i got involved in all this fun and games i have few questions on top what i did, if someone could answer that would be brilliant.
So if my original ECU was MJD 603.s1 what other ECUs i can use, with help of Galletto or KTag of course.
Would whole ECU family would work like MJD 6J0, 6JF, 602, 603, 6F3?

what pinout are people using for 603 image seems to have

depends which you need one set is for opel and other is for fiat

is the same, and usually 6o3 & 6f3 are CAN, but not always.... you can read full by OBD but need writes in BDM....
