Audi a6 C5 1.8t quattro M3.8.3 stage 3

Hello peoples,

I would ask can somebody make for me stage 3 on this ECU?
Now i have stage 2.....

At this moment what i have:
turbine pressure : 1,3bar
fuel pressure 4bar
custom fuel injectors
FMIC
downpipe

What your advice , what i can make more?

Okay,
no problem. I can pay money... Just someone can do this? Because in Lithuania or norway is hell expensive and nobody wants to do this on this ECU.
