    Default C-MAX EDC16C34 ISSUES

    Hi to everyone,

    new member here, long readouts but still with issues.
    Car initially given to professional for DPF OFF. It works now for some time but 3 flags always one and occasionally limp mode.
    EGR started playing up so I decided to kill the dragon my self armed with a Galletto and WinOls shield.
    EGR deleted, 2 flags disappeared and no only "tank level low" remains.
    The bad thing is car has low boost!?!
    It feels that any boost transferred above 3000rpm. When cold in the morning is even worst, to the point reviing it to 2500 just to leave a junction.
    Everything else is fine, no mils, no flags, no funny sounds, nothing.

    Car Info:
    Ford C-Max 1.6 Tdci 2006
    EDC16C34/2.20/2.
    1037380350 when read, somehow shown 1037396911 when write
    7M51-12A650-UG

    Anyhow, bellow are the files in case someone can assist in the battle,

    Unfortunately the original lies with the professional who made the dpf off couple years back and the guy closed the place
    The only I have is the DPF OFF file which I took from the car.

    best way is to flash your car with IDS to update ecu with original file
    if ids not avaliable you need to look for origial file for your galletto.

    before writing the modified file, you must perform a fap replacement with a diagnosis and possibly add diesel in the tank where the fap liquid goes

    Finally managed to find some time to check the files. Unfortunately none of the above worked, Galleto did not allow me "operation canceled". I found online 1037396911 ori and try to write, Galleto did not allow me "operation canceled", all light and immo started flashing and I thought it was locked. Before giving up I decided as a last try to write an online downloaded 1037380350 bdm ori for focus and it accepted it !

    I tried EGR off and DPF off with winols on this file, write again but car shows both as not deleted .
    Anyway, at least it now starts up and runs .
    Thanks for the above assistance anyhow, if someone has an original 1037380350 for C-Max 1.6 Tdci 2006, EDC16C34/2.20/2. , 7M51-12A650-UG manual will be more than welcome to share
    Bellow are the original and the modified winols if you want to have a look, what i noticed is that when started writing modified, esp light came on but writing completed OK and no issues when car started.
