Vida Dice is work with other software than vdash?

Hello,
I would like to change the language in volvo v50 only in dashboard. I am looking for a cheap tool. I wonder if the vida interface is able to do it through a completely different program than dedicated all in one or vdash. I am talking about flash memory reading, editing and rewriting with a new language as it is possible in the carprog. if it is possible by vdash then it should be done by another program.
