NE 72 Dr.Li pick modification?

Tried this new pick on 2012 Vauxhall Vivario but not feeling any spring or wafers on door lock. Tried clockwise and anti clockwise.

Put into start of shoulder then inserted right in as far as it goes and in between.

Does this pick need any modification to shoulder to fit this lock ?

*** Sorted just took file to shoulder was a slight step on last few mm maybe a fault during manufacturing working perfect now picked lock in under a minute ***
