Have found some information's and must say that irlr29,irlr37 and irlr31 have big input capacitance and turn on delay so because of that we have bad injection time and duration.MAYBE,DON'T KNOW
Best way to see hybrid transistor parameters is to take oscilloscope measurement with ori (not modified) pump on output for valve,and do a test for repaired pump and look in plot.
Don't have that equipment but if someone have and can do such test it would be superb!
And if someone is in position to test some pump i will try with TSM090N03E transistor.I order but if someone is quicker..... test and reply!
THX!

I have attached tech data between various mosfets sugested in this thread, if someone can recomand one of them for 1.8 TDDI 90 cp
Ford irlr3110 and must solder fet to case on metal plate.
I had only IRLR2905PBF at hand installed it , soldered the fet base to the pcb chassis .The car started difficult after bleeding and priming the pump and on these engines takes forever .Revs very nice but starting again takeS a lot of time cranking and engine was hot, dont know if its a timing selenoid issue not giving enough advance.Can it be a fet issue the difficult start ?

Hello i am trying to repair my pump for my 2.5v6 audi, does anyone know alternative solder points for the two wires?? the tabs are no good, i let a friend who has more experience try do it but made a mess on the board so need to know somwhere else i can solder to if there is!!??
thanks all
hello to all my friends
I have a ford focus with bosch vp30 pump, usually with a broken metal pin. I replaced it with a mosfet 2905 but it always burns me. I'm sure I've just assembled the mosfet but it always burns me. What can it be? solenoid problem?
the solenoid wires are ok
it is possible the solenoid is stuck drawing to much amps and burning the fet , you shoud hook up to the solenoid wires and measure the amp draw before it kills the fet
the strange thing and that or even replaced the solenoid the one in the center between the nozzles of the injectors but the problem persists, with the burning of the mosfet. It burns me after 10 seconds of starting. Someone who has had a similar experience and who has solved? I would be very grateful.
can anyone help me?
Original transistor parametrs PSG16:
N-E_MOS
Vt=1.7v
Cg=6.19nF
RDS=0.02Ω
built-in diode:
Uf=561mV

Can anyone predict if repair is reliable or not by making some measurements like transistor temperature or current waveform ?Or it is just a matter of chance ?
I think the reliability of the repair depends on soldering and posititon of the new transistor and also on mechanical condition of the pump. If you use good transistor and solder it well but you have bad mechanical condition of the pump repair wont last long.
